Re: *******FTP/Stars HU Regs thread*******
I dont understand hows making a thread about regs gonna lose all your action, if anything it would make regs less inclined to play you and more fish at your tables...... I like that idea lol

Like I know if theres a poll people are going to vote to remove it, however most of the people who vote to delete it are gonna be lurkers who have created a account but rarely contribute if ever. I think a much better way is to have a debate on reasons why to remove it and reasons to keep it.
I'll start, I like the idea of having this thread it will clearly bring more traffic to this forum and should increase our hand discussions. A downside for some will be ego's people talking trash about others and then the person who was talked trash to will come on here after googling themselves talk some trash then scream HU 4 Rollz!!!! Although I think most of it is entertaining anyhow and those without ego's should not be affected at all, if someone says I suck or they own me I would not take it personally. I dont play to be the best, or care to be the best I play to make a decent living while doing something I enjoy that I suck balls at.
Now I know alot of people think this thread is a bad idea because they feel fish/Badregs will read this thread and avoid the winning regs. However if the fish is smart enough to find/read this thread then he is probably smart enough to use Hem/PT and datamine or notice that some players are playing often/multitabling or have auto rebuy to 100bbs on which is usually a clear indicator of a winning player, look at liberte he does not auto rebuy and he he has more money then any fish. Also there are sites like Table Ratings and such that fish can find pretty easily.

Re: *******FTP/Stars HU Regs thread*******
I agree with what Nemo said. Tableratings really makes the fish quitting regs argument obsolete because they can tell good players from bad players as it is. On Cake, I could constantly change my name but chose not to because it really didn't make a difference. Fish/bad regs are going to play you regardless of your reputation. They just think they themselves are that good.
Also, if this has a 20% chance of causing two players to HU4Rollz, I am for keeping it 110%. HU4rollz is just too fun to watch.

I haven't really read this, but if someone talks about you, you can have that removed. PM a mod if your sn is being discussed and you do not want it discussed.
Otherwise, I think this thread will likely die in a week tops, just as the previous ones have.
Also, the title "FTP/Stars HU regs thread" basically covers every consistent poster in this forum.
IMO, the LC thread is basically a regulars thread for us, but I'm indifferent to this thread, if you guys like it I don't care.

Re: *******FTP/Stars HU Regs thread*******
I think this thread is just going to hurt games anytime someone says stuff like I see a lot in LC 6max threads like "omg xxxx is such a regfish, he calls every 4bet etc etc".
There are a few regs I have played lately that I have found have some hilarious leaks, and it's tempting to blog or post here about these specific holes/tendencies, sort of as a gloat/brag/laugh, but I sure as hell don't want them knowing why they stink and thinking about it. And there are def. a lot of regs who don't post here but do read 2p2, I know a couple of them.
Other than educating the bad players, I don't care if a bunch of guys here get in pissing matches with each other. And I think even a fish knows who the regs are if they're looking to avoid them, that isn't really rocket science, it takes like 5 minutes looking through the lobby to figure out who is a reg or not.
