Yes it's built in. Once you buy the omaha version (discounted rate since you already have the hold em version) you get a new code. You plug that in and your all set. It combines the database as a default, although you can filter between holdem/omaha hands. It sounds like you are downloading the incorrect install. You need the omaha patch
