ok so i have a few questions for the computer people


Is the I7 processor worth getting or is an I5 good enough?

Is a 640GB4 SATA hard drive (7200RPM) good enough. Might get a terrabyte to save stuff like movies and songs off the laptop.

Is this enough ram? 6GB3 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz

It's not a beast, but it'll sure upgrade from what you have and be more than fine for poker/document processing.

lol my bad well i only play poker and do school work on my laptop generally and pretty much download songs and utorrent videos and ****....i think im gonna get a terrabyte and that laptop should be good right?

There is no regular 1TB 2.5in 7200rpm hardrives yet AFAIR. Biggest is 750GB. You don't need 6GBs of RAM especially DDR3 and yeah, harddrive will be slowing down your system overall because it's the slowest part of your system. It doesn't make sense getting DDR3 in your case. Operating system/programs operate on files which are on the harddrive and this is a part which is used most of the time.

when i play on party i have the auto muck checked, today it keeps asking me to show one card after every hand
anyone else get this??

Go to preferences> table options and uncheck 'enable fold and show feature'.

solved that one, now i gotta figure out how to open the lobby without having to close every table
