It is pretty obvious you send back to regs if you know they would send back too. This is a different situation for bigger pots, if you do not know the reg, but I think it is pretty obvious that all regs would send back a small blind or a big blind.

mused sent back a blind when he joined my zoom knowing i was afk. other than that i cant remember a single instance of me getting any sort of DC/afk refund. my POV is that its a nice thing to do but nothing is owed/expected and its the players responsibility to make sure they have reliable internet. and im certainly in no mood to do it when im stuck 2k in DCs in the past week, i dont know anything about ibavly or whether he would do the same, and ive basically never gotten anything back myself. fwiw i would 100% wait on the player to connect in a HU toruney or sng, as i have with bajskorven and we werent exactly buds.

My view on it generally is that I always send back between regs but not vs randoms. To make sure I'm not freerolling anyone if someone sends back to me that I wouldn't have sent to I send it back to them.

So if you can really say that if situations we're reversed and you DC'ed and I sent you would have returned it to me then I don't have a problem.
