it does shift the all-in EV. esp in spots where we are deep. Let's say we made a call on river for 200 bb which is actually +EV vs villain's overall range but we bumped into the nuts this time. the all-in EV for that session is going to go -200, at least that's how it goes in hem.

in that situation both lines go down.

well let's say after that play which we assume it's +EV but it shows on graph that it is -200bb expected EV. We play a bit more, get to 150 bb again and with KK we get it in preflop vs AA w villain being a complete maniac and we suckout. (situation is cooler for us anw)

The graph based on these 2 consecutive plays will show that we are running hotter than the sun . In reality we made 2 +EV plays where we got coolered and we managed to suckout in one. Considering villain is maniac and gets it in very light the fact that we got it in w KK should have a big expected +EV vs his range

I have the largest red line compare to any1, yet i run lifetime below EV.

Thats why the line is called "All-in EV" not "EV". Measuring true EV would be super complicated. Nonetheless the All-in EV line is still a better representation of your true winrate than the green line.

yeah i know lol . I was kinda confused when i said that. probably being a full ****** as was suggested

@czechvengeance i still think all-in ev is really bad representation of your true winrate at least for postflop. Obv when the sample is really large it's gonna be closer to true winrate

Anyone looked at/thought about trying insuredplay.com?

So if you insure more then 300 hands it'll cost you 0.25%? That sounds good. If i've used this service for last 500k hands I would've had extra 100bis or so even after the fee paid, but i'll pass on this, since I'm due to run 200bis above in next 500k hands, given spit22's theory

Yeah, I sort of view it like paying a bit of extra rake to make sure you run at ev. It seems like it would be especially good if you're planning on taking shots, or want to run an aggressive bankroll management strategy.

I think someone mentioned that .25% works out to be .5bb/100.

Well, it's not going to lower your OVERALL winrate by 0.5bb/100, it's only from insured hands, which are obviously just small part of your hands played, otherwise i don't understand how they made a calculation.

Yeah, obviously it's .5bb/100 from insured hands, not your overall wr.

Gratz, Mod! At what speed does it cut off engine power? Is it illegal in USA nowadays to switch off the limit manually? The reason i ask is because when I drove on highway near Salt Lake City going 285km/hr and 911 got lost in a dust.

Also curious, do you have to pay double taxes on poker income (since USA is the only country in the world that double-taxes their treasured citizens), because you are an american citizen, living and working outside of USA?
