There's tons of material online (the bodybuilding.com supersite is a great resource) that comes with videos of how to do certain exercises.

Avoid gadgets, they're pretty unnecessary. If you really want to develop a strong core, just focusing on abs isn't really going to give you the results you're looking for - a regular workout routine (lifting and most likely cardio, depending on your goals) and a solid diet are also both essential (and good genes, but there's not really much you can do about that).

yellow is reserved for people that are pretty good.. go with blue for fish

you obviously have it backwards.

I've started mixing in limping vs those types so I can still play 100% SB.....joined the dark side imo

Generally speaking limping is bad due to rake at any stakes below like 5/10, unless they raise your limps alot ( > 50% at least if I had to guess). I found some research I did awhile ago with my DB to see how much I was getting raked when I limped/min raised/3x from the SB and these are the results I have written down:

I would be interested if someone could check their DB to confirm I did this right. This is just the rake when I was the small blind and the sample size for limping is <1k hands for each stake since I rarely do it, but that shouldn't matter, rake is pretty consistent (right?). The results are in big blinds, ldo.

It's very likely that I was limping as a result of a villain who was 3betting the banana's outta me, and assuming that they continued to raise my limps alot, that should lower the limping rake since we won't be seeing as many flops.

What's your sample? Also doesn't it depend on how big the pots are at showdown? Definitely would need a really really huge sample I think.

I did this awhile ago, so I could be wrong, but the entire sample was probably based off of 300k hands+, but this is only looking at the sb and I rarely limp, so limping samples are less then 3k hands total.

meh I sat a 1/2 reg on ftp, so he goes ahead and dumps $10 to me so I won't play him any longer (he told me this in chat, but I thought he was going to send it, instead he flats my pfr then lead/fold the flop) this isn't going to lead to problem right?

When I am waiting for action sometimes I play a game of "Guess The Waiting List" and it's hilarious how accurate I am at the game!

There's a couple of names on FTP that, if they are on your waiting list, you KNOW you're playing a huge fish: pain_bg and professerK are the KINGS of the Waiting List.
