I do heavy front squats and overhead barbell presses for core. They seem to work best.

for your core get in push-up position, and rest on your elbows/fists at shoulder width (for as long as u can). quick and simple. sounds like nothing but w/in 20-30 secs u'll feel it.

I had a solid month on Cake this month. Obv there is no fish action there (unless you play really low), but the 6-max regs love playing me. If you are a massive bumhunter, the more sites the better, right??

Also, what Heads up loser said, Cake poker software blows, I can't even play Cake 2.0 because it crashes every 5 mins.

Scum PSA: For you guys that play on UB/AP, be aware that M_E_O_W is sitting people heads up who currently have the top table in the lobby and then is either blocking until they leave or if you play him he will use all but one second of his time on every hand (including deciding to post blind) in order to try to get people to leave so he can have the top table.

I'd sat him in the past before and he is huge bumhunter and would either not play (fine obv) or grim (he is probably the scummiest reg ive ever encountered). He sat me today at 400 when i had really good action higher and I told him no but i'd play later. When i went back to the table later and sat him to play he was tanking every hand so I decided **** it, I don't have time for these games but another reg told me what he was trying to do.

I got in touch with AP, they booted him, warned him and said that if ever did it again to contact them through live help. Don't let him get away with this ****. So tilting.

yeah man thats a little too hardcore for me, I'm just looking for a simple way to do it at home, used an ab roller in HS, at the time it seemed kinda sweet but I'll believe everyone in this thread and not go that route. there really isnt many games going on at a time at the HU tables, I'm sure he has regs and who he considers to be bumhunters marked, probably isn't too difficult.
