I wouldn't be using anything you see on TV for the most part. Tbh, if you are working your entire core you don't really need to do Ab exercises imo. I basically do the same as you just w/ medicine ball/ weight, doubt you would enjoy this more. I mix in a few others, but they are no fun either. Obv running and diet will effect your results a lot too.

im kind of bored and tired waiting so ill post rules here and if anyone is interested holla at me and if mjifi would plz post and say if he likes rules then we can ship monies and start tonight

10k hands 3 or 4 tabelling
with a 1-2k side bet (mjifi choose)
new tables 200bb deep
for each session, if a party runs out of timebank can start fresh table
im forgetting stuff but whatever

we decided to add minimum 1k hands per session rule (no penalty if something urgent came up and 1 of us has to go)
gonna try and be done with this in 2 weeks

OMFG, I've played this drooler at NL100, he ran super hot for awhile and kinda ****y, then finally i bust him and he asks to play NL200, i say NL400 let's go. I stack him there and he starts begging me for his life and he keeps begging non-stop. Geeez, don't i enjoy this alot, how pathetic people are.
