Assuming low blinds structure HU
If your opponent raises preflop every hand.. I would NOT play weak low draws dominated hands like K3, Q5, etc.. Dont even call the raise.
When u min raise or so w\ mediocre hand then i usually half pot c-bet if i have 8+ draws or any pair.. If not then I check..BUT I will always c-bet about half pot a rainbow flop with 1 paint card!
You'll have to figure out eventually if he raises every hand like a maniac or raises every hand as a good player that may fold when he's beat.
