Heads up 4 players winner takes all

Ive noticed the rake is incredibly good for this heads up 4 plyrs.. Its 6.67%
I need to win it all 1 time out of 3 to be profitable.
How is the variance of heads up play knowing you gotta win 2 heads up in a row to win the shootout.
Ive noticed some players raise every hand even early blinds and will call my river bet just under 1/2 pot about 100% of the time..
Im playing low stakes.. Im sure if i was playing higher stakes then bluffing 33% river could be profitable i just dont see it at low stakes?
Anyone else plays these ?

Hu is easy at low stakes, what buy in and on which side?
Play for value: bluff less, limp instead of folding, donk bet strong hands...
