Why are there 11 different 2/4 HU tables open with one person sitting on Bovada poker where the tables are anonymous? Is there some way to tell who you're playing?

Well mostly regs don't with to play against regs? Since fish never start a table, but allways sit to play and not to wait, its logic that regs are waiting for a fish to swim to their table. You can see it allmost anywhere that there are more tables with somone waiting than tables where two people actually play. In stars for excample NL50 (the lowest HU cash level) its allmost equal, but when you look upper limits its more people waiting and less people playing.

Between Ipoker and merge what is the best option considering rake paid and field?(or other things are also important to consider)

I play at ipoker and I've seen there are more players sitting and playing on No DP tables than on DP tables. Is it like that on other networks and why is it so? Even fish seem to swim more in No DP waters.

20-30 Buyins

People say 20-30 buyins for HU is enough as a aggressive BR yet i have just had a session 20 buyins below EV! soo many suck outs its disgusting. How can it be possible to have 20-30 buyins when i run like 40 buyins below EV its sick like 900bb pots with QQ v KJ and he flops 3 jacks etc.

Should i take a different brm stragery for playin deep? should i not play deep? is 20-30 buyins really enough? feels like i need 100!

Re: 20-30 Buyins

20-30 buy ins are recommend for playing 100 bb while using an agressive BRM strategy.
If you are playing deep like 350 bb assuming you have a edge you should probably use 50 buy ins minimum with agressive BRM.

Re: 20-30 Buyins

so if i go deep i should just quit? I dont plan to play deep yet if he sucks out on me 3-4 times i grind him down till were even then we're like ~250bb deep and the stacks are gonna go in at some point so how should i play 20-30 buyins? quit a guy when i lose 2 buy ins? ask him to split? or what? surely u have to play deep at some points no matter u brm how do the 20-30 buy in guys counteract these spots?

Re: 20-30 Buyins

20-30 BI is fine for pure bumhunting, but if you're battling regs you need way more, like at least 70 BI is what I'd say.

56% rb is pretty strong. im not rly sure what stars would be equivalent to but its prolly pretty low if u dont put in a big volume

Re: ****BEGINNERS THREAD (New posters please read)****

Looking at ~25% rakeback on stars if you hit Supernova, starting from bronze star in a year. Provided you only buy the largest bonuses.

If you reach supernova X 2, effective rakeback is ~40%, but you would need to put in some heavy volume at 50/100nl to do that.

Unless you put in large volume I wouldn't worry to much about rakeback TBH, seems cool, but focusing on beating the games is much more important.
