I don't do it but I'm interesting to hear your logic on this.

im not saying it is that exploitable, that was my point. what i meant was, they pass up a minute amount of ev by limping rather than raising their buttons (you know why button raising is good, dont think i need to expand), but the extra amount of time that games with button limping lasts counteracts this.

52 tables with just one player at 5/10 on Betfair right now. Not a single one with two.
Has to be a record.

I would venture to guess that limping 100% isn't that bad of a strategy and is hard to exploit.
Yes, they lose value, which is why you don't want to be overly aggressive vs a constant limper during the early levels/deeper stacks and xscwx not sure what a shortstack calculator has to do with early level limp play? Explain or mistype?
From villain's standpoint, if he's smart he would probably play bigger pots in position and use a more pressuring, big pot style against a better player, but likely would spew to no end if he did this, so 100% button limping is not a bad idea, especially against good players that tend to be more aggressive, it's more likely they get overaggressive.

Re: *****December LC Thread*****
Goals:
- Play 80 hours (I officially go pro on the 12th, so that seems reasonable)
- Make $25k monies again (haven't done this in ages)
- Don't look at the cashier/HEM for the entire month (this ruins me, I look every five minutes or something right now. I'd prop bet it but there's really no way to verify)
- Study a ton and prep for the pro life
