Props to Mers for getting proactive on Spamz and my lack of initiative for the last 6+ months (we talked about updating this but hasn't happened). I'll help out best I can with updating it/sifting through some suggestions.

A lot of people (including me) didn't even know thread like this existed, could this be temporarily stickied? lagdonk's list seems very good, you should just add all spamz0r's HH reviews to it.
