The best hands are AA to 22 and AKs to 32o, so the range should be based on this! (I bet you will not be able to explain to me why JTs would have a better hand than in Q2o).
Second,
Now that you know the true value of the starting hands, so you have to decide how often you want to defend. If you want to defend more than 50% of the time, you can count how often defend with "air".
Third,
You decide what is the best way to play quality hands (that 50%), and what is the best way to play weak hands (the rest).
And fourthly,
Play the man!
