On the flop since you will have very few value raises (only strongish jacks) you need to choose your bluffs carefully. And it makes sense to choose hands which most benefit from making him fold ie. hands with no SDV.
Nut flush is strong enough to x/c. It might even be that all flushes are good enough to x/c and you only need to choose a couple ****ty gutters to bluff.
Disclaimer: This is assuming you want to raise your jacks for value. Just flatting full range would be a decent strategy imo.
