I wouldn't expect an opponent who has been folding to our 3bet 90% of the time to just spazz 4bet with A5 or something like that. I am more inclined to believe that they will just continue to call with those hands. No reason to assume other wise. He probably does trap you w/ AA/KK the majority of the time but I bet he is 4betting with a stronger range than you assumed. I would assume that he has a fairly tight range when he finally 4bets. Something like below
