20NL How to play straightforward opponent on flush board

This opponent is fairly straight forward, bet/calls only with made hands, simply speaking weak/tight. I believe he believs in monsters but not 100% sure how often he would fold if faced with a lot of aggression if he has a somewhat okay hand, if he has mp he just calls a flop bet and checks down,

iPoker - $0.20 NL - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

SB: $32.04
Hero (BB): $22.82

SB posts SB $0.10, Hero posts BB $0.20

Pre Flop: ($0.30) Hero has A 9

SB raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.80, 2 players) J 6 5
Hero checks, SB bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55

Turn: ($1.90, 2 players) 9
Hero checks, SB checks

River: ($1.90, 2 players) 2
Hero checks, SB bets $1.50, ?

Edit: Also, since i believe he has a hand when he bet flop, weak or not, is it a spot where i just should fold and wait for another opportunity against a player like this? I just feel like folding would be very weak.

A weak tight player is never betting worse than Jx here for value
