I dont like a shove because I dont think we get called by worse often enough, however if we lower our betsize we increase the A-high call frequency making our play more +EV.

I think A high calls much more often to a larger bet than a smaller bet.

Don't think he has A high very often after flop and turn bet.

I've been called a fish so much here on these forums and challenged all of them to play HU on Merge. I've gotten 0 people to play me. Bunch of internet tough guys here. 4-table 400nl HU with someone you think is a fish?

Re: 200nl HU I have 3 pair arrin?

As to the hand he's 3b way too much and I have a pretty massive postflop edge so pre is super standard. Raising flop or turn would be pretty bad I can't believe people are not only saying they're ok but that they're better than the flop/turn line I took.

I can kinda see people saying pre is bad but it's close and I disagree. Flop/turn my line is pretty much the only acceptable line I think anything else is downright terrible. River's the one I'm actually not sure whether ch back/bet small/shove is best. Results are that villain folded I mean basically trying to figure out if the amount of 44-88/Ax hands that ch/c is > the better 9x/nutted hands that he checks to let me bluff because the draws missed.

I actually love the river shove. But why you calling turn on double paired board?

EDIT
were you gonna bluff shove river no matter what? looks like a spew to me. if you think he might fold since your plan was to bluff shove river then maybe shoving river with an actual hand is bad? DUCY?

OP, a good way to figure out of your turn play is okay, is to think about what you were going to do when you missed the river.

Re: 200nl HU I have 3 pair arrin?

I think it's just too weak to call preflop so I would use it as a 4b bluff, but whatever

I play postflop the same. Regarding river, people are always tripling off strong hands here so you are good to jam when he checks.

lol are you serious? You realize it's possible for a spot to be a very good bluff spot but also a spot you can get semi-thin value right?
