100nl standard ship pre? 100nl standard ship pre?

hi guys,

6max player here, looking for some range advice. i had joined a table with another 100bb stacker, most likely a reg. it's 100nl ignition so no reads. fwiw it's about 2am and the games are usually quite aggro on average.

were about 2 hands into the session.

Hero is dealt TT.

Hero opens to 2.5x
BB raises to 8x

do you prefer calling readless in position or is this a super standard stack off? what's the bottom of your range for gii?

thanks

I would never 4bet shove here
Against a solid reg I would 4bet to around 20bb, advantages of this as opposed to calling is you dont cap your range and you can get called by enough hands you dominate. 4betting NAI is also good as it keeps his 3bet bluffs alive and gives him the chance to 5bet shove a hand like A2-A5s. If hes bad he might also just jam 99.

TT is not that bad for all-in. But ! 2 hands, no info on vill why do you stack off ? I guess my bottom range would drastic ly change according to vill. In this particulary hand I ll say TT is bottom. But again why shove pre ?

So you're 4betting (NAI) with the intention of insta calling a 5bet ship? I definitely like this better than a 4bet shove.

yeah, you cant really fold TT pre when youre only 100 deep, only against very passive opponents that will only 5bet like 2%
