free speech anyone?

Just seems like a sad attempt from freedom haters. Unenforceable and silly really.

This is what you get with a gambling expansion in Minnesota. This has Canterbury and Running Aces written all over it. How pathetic really.

When will this be implemented?

Can I get around it by using my blackberry as a modem/buying an aircard?

He notes that the required technology to restrict geographic access to particular sites is a relatively straightforward procedure on the part of service providers.

I thought they would end up geoblocking people on the borders accidentally if they tried to put this type of technology in, would people in other states that are blocked be able to sue Minnesota?

My provider is not included on the list. Will this affect me? I know. Very selfish question, but obviously I would like to know.

Clearly the Star Tribune has no stake in free speech. Unless of course they criticize the lottery or some such business.

Hopefully they have the balls to give an opinion on free speech but I doubt they will.
