Utah legislator introduces anti gambling bill - Poker Legislation

The proposed bill prohibits all internet gambling. He says it's in response to Barton's bill. I wrote a sob story to my local reps here in UT about being a disabled vet who earned money from poker, but I'm probably just going to have to move if I ever want to play poker from home

in before nobody is surprised.

Sorry kids, but UT always opts out, or never opts in, doesn't pass intrastate bill, w/e.

There is no gambling in UT, and that isn't gonna change in even the distant future.

Utah does not need the Barton bill to ban online gaming. States can opt out right now, as we saw in Washington state.
