A good point is something like Wall ST and insider trading.

Saying regulating it allows us to watch for insider type betting, and to watch for big bettors and make sure they aren't coming from the players or anything like that.

Does that make sense?

If they are all ok with the amendment about clarifying sports betting is disallowed, why is there such a long debate? Edit: Finally, agreed to in 2 seconds.

How r twelve year olds gambling? Don't they need picture age verification, a debit or credit card? How does a 12 yr old have a credit card? This is on the parents and no one else...
