Re: Florida New Poker Limits - SB 788.

Just learned these things are made by PokerTek, who also makes the electronic poker tables. Isn't one of the PokerTek reps or a partner or something a member of these forums?

I would treat the excitement like your are serving a life sentence in prison and you have been told you have a 95% chance the president will grant you clemency and you will be released next in 5 months.
While you are excited, you cannot reach full excitement until it actually happens for sure.

Here are a few links you all can read, they are updated all the time about all different types of gaming. Read these the ask PokerXanadu to explain them, he is doing a great job and seems to understand the lawyer mumbo jumbo then interpret it into very easy to understand language that the average 2+2er can understand, myself included.

This one is great, it tells you how much rake the state run rooms are taking in per day and month.

Again, great job PokerXanadu, you are really doing a great job and I as most people here appreciate it.

THANK YOU again and if you are in Miami/Ft Lauderdale maybe we can play a game or two.

It's going to be complete hysteria in the time between when it passes officially and 7/1/10... I'm strongly considering canceling my 2nd half WSOP trip to be there the weekend it opens.

My pleasure! But you'll have to come to the west coast of Florida to take my money.

I've started a new thread on this issue, now that we have a new House Bill:
