Now today, when I read about the seizures of the sites, It could very well be that many of us have been spied on by the FBI to make their case for seizure of the sites.

I'm getting to the bottom of it and I'm going to sue the SHI*** outta the Government if they used our resources and breeched not only my personal information and records, but that of all of my clients.

I've got so much documentation about this, and I believe if we band together, WE THE PEOPLE, can take this sort of action down...This should piss every American off, to the degree that we can be spied on.

There is no ****ing way what happened in the original post in this thread is even remotely relevant.

And you sound much like Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory. It was one out of a million that either of you would be right and Mel Gibson was already proved right in Conspiracy Theory ........ so where does that leave you?

Really? Part of the indictment mentions Washington State specifically. One of the strongest parts of the UIGEA charge is the fact that stars and tilt offered poker in WA after the WA law went into effect. I very much expect that the FBI talked to players in Washington to confirm that poker sites were still active here

What does surprise me about the indictments is what the Government DID NOT charge them with.
They have the most power and money and the biggest guns and the biggest tanks and and the biggest jails you mean? In other words, they are the biggest bullies?

No disagreement there, chief.

This just didnt happen overnight, this was done 7 years ago.
I know, hence bolded:

Should be pretty clear by now that both parties suck, especially for our cause.
PDX, if you think it's just Rs, then you're sorely mistaken. Both parties have been screwing this up for...ever really.

The only thing true in your assault against republicans is that that party probably shares more blame than the democratic party. If you aren't thinking along the lines of LG's post, then you're just turning a blind eye to one party.
