Read up on the evidence and make your own decision. Then get involved with trying to make poker legal.

Not banned anymore!

Ok so i have read every post in this thread seem like i will have more trouble getting money on the site than getting it off. So in reality in just going to do one cash out / Bank Wire transfer from my full tilt account to my Navy Federal Credit union account on the twentieth leaving $2000 online.

My question is if worst comes to worst and say sites pull out of the states do we get our money back. So for say when PartyPoker pulled out of the USA did you guys get your money back?

Getting money from Party was not a problem. But this situation is different because getting the money from Stars or FT won't be the problem cashing your check(s) will be.

I had money tied up on Party and Paradise when the UIGEA was snuck through congress.

Party, since they were a respectable company, let me withdraw my funds.

Paradise did not and continues to this day to scam me out of my money. Won't even let me log onto the software.

I guess it ultimately depends on which site you are playing at - if you're not playing at PS/FT then I'd suggest you get your money off the site just to be safe.

It's all starting to make sense - I never knew about this one week deadline.

Just to prove I'm not lying:

Decided to screenshot this. Happened in February 09 this year, which is the last effort I gave to trying to get my money off that god forsaken site. The rep copy and pasted the last 3 paragraphs like it was super-standard procedure. Wish I would have had the frame of mind to maximize the chat so I could have saved more of it but honestly it took all of my focus just to refrain from slamming my keyboard against the wall.

Glad to hear at least some of you got your money off - makes me think there's hope and that I'm just constantly talking to the wrong people.

Re: December 1st--my opinion

they probably simply don't have a processor that's willing to send funds to us players.
