Received email with numbers at 3 AM EST on the 18th, so far the website has not updated so no petition yet
09-18-2013 , 03:09 PM
Clicked on the link just now and clicked "File a Petition for Remission". Entered the petition and control number supplied to me and I get the following message....

"Please Enter a Valid Petition Number"

WTF? It's the number they supplied me. Anyone else getting it to work or running into this problem?

the petition form is now live and its not accepting my seven digit petition number, the one that GCG emailed me yesterday....
09-18-2013 , 03:13 PM
Same issue for me, I am just going to wait until tomorrow to try again.

I just put a 0 in front of my petition number and I was able to log in fine.

Do you guys all have 7 digit numbers? It seems like the form wants 8?
09-18-2013 , 03:17 PM
Confirmed, add a 0 to the beginning of your petition number.

My balance is exactly equal to my late May Full Tilt balance, in that it includes a $25 promo payment awarded post-4/15 and my final RB payment (RB vendor: TheNuts).

It does not include the value of points/medals/tickets/academy-points.

It also does not reflect a limbo deposit and a limbo withdrawal (of different sizes) that I had made. The deposit had left my bank but never hit FTP, and the withdrawal had left FTP but never hit my bank.

When i try and fill out petetioner identification there is a red warning at the top "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I also cannot enter an "Email Address on file with Full Tilt" that field is locked somehow but not greyed out? Is it okay to leave this blank?

And I had to add a 0 before my petition number to even get to this page.

God I could build a better website than this POS in like a day and they've had 3 years+

The greyed out email address field didn't seem to matter.

My balance included money I won on April 15th. I believe I was logged in all the way to the 16th, but the balance is the final balance as many of us expected.

Yeah the greyed out email field didn't seem to matter for me either and the rest of the submission process worked. Now we wait.

Misspoke; the limbo deposit had hit FTP but never left my bank.

Same here. What are you guys using for bank address (i.e. BofA) since most banks have hundreds of locations?
09-18-2013 , 04:20 PM
Yep, balance was wrong and didn't include my funds I panic withdrew on the 15th of April. GL to me, I can tell this is going to be a pain in the ass.

Google your routing number, you should be able to find an appropriate location for it.

I am running into the same issue, requested a withdrawal on 4/14/11. Actually unrelated to Black Friday just a random tilt withdrawal after some bad run/play.

I have requested a transaction report from FullTilt to submit with my balance dispute.

I looked at the bank's site and used the address of their corporate offices.

i believe that you're supposed to use the address of the branch where you opened your account

i've been told this by numerous banks in the past when i've sent both domestic and international wires.

although, i doubt it's that important of a field, and if it kicks the wire back, you can just put in a different address and try again...

BUT...it will depend what went in and out of your account after your last withdrawal etc.

You'll need to get the transaction history and then prove to them what was your money and what was affiliate money.

For example
If your last affiliate payment was in March for Feb (2011) and you withdrew it all. But you has some money in there previously or deposited subsequently (or got a transfer form a third party) then you might have a case.

Basically you will need to be able to demonstrate what was what etc! And even then they could (and probably will) still say no.

Sorry to sound so negative.

Best wishes
Well, I logged in to the GCG site today and it showed the full balance that was in my player account. Somewhat relieved, but I'll have to wait and see if that's what I actually get paid in the end.

I was also a mid-volume player, fwiw.
09-18-2013 , 05:32 PM
The balances listed appear to be reflecting value for the player points as well.

I had ~68k points and have an extra $121 in my total. My brother had over 400k points and has an additional ~$1200.
09-18-2013 , 05:35 PM
I have a little extra in my balance too, compared to what the downloaded account history shows. I'm happy with either number if I get paid. After not having it for 3 years it's all free money now.

Some people -- including me -- opened the account online. Although I agree it probably isn't a big deal which address you use. They probably have that field there in case you're using a very small local bank.
