I have about 20k stuck at full tilt. I filed my claim last year, I confirmed the amount which was correct and they sent me an email confirming my claim. I just called GCG rep and she told me that i was not include in the first wave of payment and told me to call back in a month.
I didnt dispute the amount when i filed my claim last year september, and she wont tell me why im not getting paid at the end of febuary. I dont get it, anybody have this problem?

ya, im in the same boat, its some slick thing they are pulling, once you got the confirmation email, you have (or were supposed to, despite no one saying to) log back in to ftpcliams click a box, and THEN you have filled your claim.. I assume they have some deal with the doj where the left over money is split up between them, not much other reason the pull this kind of stunt..

Per this post: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...postcount=3497 I called the Chase ACH department and they were able to see the $0 confirmation even though it did not show up on my online statement.

I also called the Claims Administration support number to confirm I was in the first wave of payments and all set. Took about 3 minutes, probably worth it for anyone who is worried.

Just called to confirm I was in the first wave of payments. I was told I should have my money by the end of Feb. She said that a lot of banks do not post the $0 transaction (I have BOA). If you are worried, call the number and have your petition number handy.

I called the Claims Administration and they confirmed that I am included in the first round of payments although my bank (Small Credit Union) has not seen the $0 transaction as of today. I never logged back into the Claims Administration after filing my initial claim and my amount was undisputed. Still optimistic I will be seeing my $$$ soon!

I called them too and they confirmed I was in the first wave of payments!

Called and got confirmation here as well. They had my petition number and double checked it against the one I had but they pulled everything up by my name, address, player ID and email so even if you don't have the petition number handy you can call and get confirmation. Worth it just for the ease of mind.

Here's a link to an interview I did with CardPlayer on this issue. And here's a short post I wrote tonight on the same subject.

Got an e-mail this morning saying my bank info was wrong. I could go back and fix it, but if I don't by March 13, they'll send me a check.

I wasn't sure I put the right routing number on there the first time. I might have used the "wire" number instead of the other one, so I just resubmitted. They cleared my original info, so I couldn't tell.

At least we have checks as a backup plan.

Sounds like the end of the week for those approved according to the update on http://fulltiltpokerclaims.com/

I was one of the people that had the banking error. I saw the new press release on the FTPclaims site and can someone clarify for me, whether people that had to resubmit their information with banking errors will be in the first or second round of payments?

Below is what's on the website
As part of the normal bank account testing conducted prior to issuing ACH payments (as further described below), GCG has identified certain Petitioners who are approved for payment but who submitted account information that was either incomplete or incorrect. On February 21, 2014, GCG sent emails to all such Petitioners with instructions as to how to update their bank account information through the online filing site. Please note that if we do not receive updated, complete and accurate information by March 13, 2014, a check will be sent to the mailing address provided with the Petition. Petitioners contacted by GCG in connection with their bank account information will receive payment in the second round of payments. If any such Petitioners have questions about this process, please contact GCG.

Edit: It seems to be the second round of payments. When will that be?

From posts in NVG, it seems that second round will be about a week later. But that is not officially confirmed.

So they are paying in waves? So I should not be worried if I haven't received the email today?
02-25-2014 , 01:31 AM
Just got the email as well

Good information. Seems a bit crazy that they won't come straight out and say "no 1099s". I'd guess something like 99% of them would be wrong and it just doesn't seem to be appropriate to do such a thing. Could the PPA be involved in making sure this is handled properly? It would be a reasonably significant obstacle to make honest taxpayers suddenly have to contest a wrongfully submitted 1099.
