Why contacting the people running for office matters
Today I contacted my Rep as well as his opponent for the upcoming election. If his opponent should somehow win, I feel that the conversation about poker pre-election will have have a great impact when he is in office. Meanwhile of course, there is no downside to further encouraging my rep to support poker legislation. I hope the PPA will encourage this type of action from its members in an organized form, of course I understand how difficult this may be. Best of luck and thanks for the good work by the PPA
