Bally & IGT are just the first two to get approved for their licenses. The other applications are in process and more will be approved.

Note that Bally & IGT are licensed as "Manufacturer/Service Provider". They will provide the ipoker platforms to some of the casinos that receive "Operator" licenses. Bally owns the ChiliGaming platform; IGT owns IGT Poker Network (formerly Entraction) as well as DoubleDown Interactive on Facebook. Bally's Chiligaming is mostly an interface for other software plugins. Ongame Networks (which was acquired from bwin.party by Shuffle Master earlier this year) has an agreement with Bally to plug into the Chiligaming platform.

So, poker players who play on NV casino sites that use Bally will play on the Ongame Network. Players that play on NV casino sites that use IGT will play on the IGT Poker Network. International player pooling will be easy to implement, once given the go ahead by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

Gaming Laboratories International and BMM International have been approved by the NGC as Independent Testing Labs.
