My hat goes off to Chili for selling Bally what apparently was little more than a dressed up platform into which actual gaming software can be plugged with an API ... How on Earth was that valued by Bally at $20+ million ?
So, what the NGCB apparently was shown the other day was a playtech software product which will not be used by Bally, which Bally knew would not be used.
(I think an eventual merger of ShuffleMaster and Bally is not so far-fetched if this partnership goes forward.)
