I am feeling a similar frustration. The biggest stumbling block now seems to be the states protecting their lottery monopolies. On the one hand poker players seem to be a small enough minority group that politicians can safely ignore us. On the other hand the United States has been able to accommodate other minority groups. I will continue doing the Daily Action Plan as long as I can, because I want a freer, more rational country for myself and others.
