Is it Up Yet?

It has been promised that a list of PPA state directors would be made available on the PPA website. Has that been done and is just hard to find or are you still working on it?

Re: Is it Up Yet?

.... maybe the statement was not entirley accurate ? Even if not all 50 States have directors, the PPA could at least post a list of those tStates where it already does have a director, with contact information so 1,000,000+ members can act locally and think globally.

Hey, was that other noise a grumbling under the bridge?

The PPA recently contacted all state reps asking for an updated biography and personal statement as that was seen as leading to a better page than simply one with names and email addresses. Getting that level of current information together and ready for presentation is taking a little time but hopefully will be worth it.

Sounds good in theory but in practice means a delay in the basic information of names and email addresses being released. A better looking page is small comfort if it causes an opportunity to be lost.

Sounds like there maybe were not 50 State Directors at the time for whom the PPA had basic information and email addresses ?

Why not post the basic info for however many SDs (49, 48 ,47 ..... 10, 9, ... 3) for whom such basic info IS available ?

What is the over-under on that number of current SDs, being posted by tomorrow night ?

Re: Is it Up Yet?

I just received the email from Utah state director. So the PPA data base does have the capability to pull members based upon the state thay live in. It would be nice to know that number so when we write our letters we can include that there is ??? voting citizens in the state.

The PPA database of volunteers is one of the first places to start on grassroots organizing.

Re: Is it Up Yet?

I just viewed the draft site. It looks good. Hopefully it will go live within the week.

It's a new site and not an addition to the existing site.

It's a page on the existing site.
