PPA, Where To Go Next (A Look In The Future)

Let's say that a national poker bill has passed with state opt-in or opt-out provisions. Where does the PPA go next? What does the PPA do next? Do you have any kind of strategy or plan in place?

I believe the PPA should then represent the players. I.e if we want to change regulations etc.
