You should sign if you haven't already, but that petition is old. IMO it kind of makes the PPA look bad since it claims over 1 million members but the petition has under 400,000 signatures.

I disagree. That's a fantastic proportion of members to participate, especially considering that the vast majority of members are at the free membership level (showing less commitment).

Also, the content is still relative enough. You can't change the language in the middle as that requires starting over from scratch. But there is nothing in the content which is not still applicable today in any case.
