Great lineup indeed!

I'd be interested in hearing Russ discuss his current opinion on how FTP funds relate to US taxes. In his recent blog post, he suggested that there may not have been constructive receipt on funds won but not withdrawn from FTP, but if that's the case, how should taxpayers handle that?

Good interview, thanks Rich! The FTP constructive receipt issues do indeed seem very complicated, but what he explained makes sense and is a good starting point.

Rich, is there any way we could get a containment thread for all tv/radio shows having to do with IPoker legislation? Marco just said on quadjacks he wouldn't be allowed to make a containment thread for when people discussing legislation come on. I don't really follow twiiter/FB religiously enough to know when the right people are coming on, but I keep PL up on my phone as one of the pages that I refresh a million times a day.

Have you looked at the "State Resources page on the ppa website ? There is zero content, except for some general RSS feed of general online poker headlines which are not tied to States at all.

No list of the 50 State Chairmen we read about,
No discussion of activities/developments in various States,
Nothing at all.

(I may have missed the 50 State Chairmen list, if it is posted on some other page, but I expected to see it on the State Resources page, given the name of the page.)

Ask Drew to post content about State level activities/
Directors , if he doesn't get to it Monday.

You might want to also post the "many State" legal analysis done re fundraising, and provide the State details for each State reviewed, as the State directors might want to help raise funds for the PPA.
