Ends the article saying it's 80-20 to get done. I'd take the under on that, but it's a pretty good commentary on the state of online poker though it contains no new info.

I think he's just saying long-term odds are 80/20, which I think is very reasonable. Agreed no new information, but a friendly op-ed in our favor=good thing.
