Second, this is the wrong forum. I suggest you post your requests in the "Internet Poker" forum along with naming a nearby city. That forum is where you are most likely to have someone stumble across your post and have an answer for you. You could also try the "Poker Legislation" forum, but "the zoo" (as the IP forum is affectionately called) gets far more views.
