If you think that horse is dead, wait until FPUSA produces another made-to-order study or gets some speech from one of their paid mouthpieces about some legislation, even though they don't "lobby".

Once the election is over, i.e. during the lame duck, they likely will be looking for a new contract or two for MidAtlantic.

fpusa got a lot of "pro-licensing&regulation for ipoker" onto the logs of those hearings they were at. it's in writing for congressmen to reference whenever they want. gj, didn't cost me a dime.

PPA (well, like, the poker industry) should implement whatever was(is?) positive about FPUSA. Educate law officials and soccer moms about poker. Also, enlist Parry Aftab, Luis Freeh and Tom Ridge - it's not like they'll require salary or anything.
