I assume this is a level, because the Dover Comets traded all their picks away, so therefore no interest.

I guess it really shows how miniscule our cause is to things like Obamacare. I guess.

Good question. I guess whoever will provides the DE lottery with there online lotto games? Anyone know who will likely be the provider for DE? Could it be IGT?

Remember that online poker will only be one part and likely the smallest part of the DE online offerings as DE law will allow for casino type online gaming. I don't think DE will have more then 2 or 3 hundred players at any one time playing poker and that will be on a good day.

DE lottery is partnered with Scientific Games (NASDAQ: SGMS) to provide it's VLTs. Scientific Games has a partnership with Playtech (LSE: PTEC) which owns the IPoker network. That would be my guess.

I don't know why I spent 10 mins googling to figure out who DE was partnered with.

PX was on the case a long time ago.

Well I am not worried about other countries being sharks compared to US players. I think the opposite is true.

Overall online will be more efficient than most live markets so it will be harder to win online than live.

Any new market will be juicy in the beginning and get a bit harder over time and then.

The most important factors of a good poker economy are 1. Rake and 2. The size of the player pool.

So yes I am worried about the player pool. If DE goes just by itself it won't be a viable market, same with NV. No US state is gonna come close to having another players I believe. So it will be much more important to pool with ROW than with any US state.
