Black Friday, Caesar's, and state regulation
I've realized that I had, all in one 3/2/11 post, predicted Stars' departure, Caesar's peaked interest in online poker and state by state reg...pretty hypno-scary I think. At the time I was a disgruntled decent-charted (never a significant downswing) DON grinder who was hella pissed at stars' removal of them. This post was literally weeks before "the end of our world" here. Good read by me! Sorry I couldnt warn tilt players to get their money off of there also (although not getting ur money off stars pre-bl. fri. didn't matter since we obv got it anyway). Really hope those affected former tilt players get reimbursed by this possible Stars purchase. My post is at the top of the page via this link. It's dated 3/2/11 6:17PM....

Re: Black Friday, Caesar's, and state regulation
i just wanna get in early in this soon-to-be epic thread to say that nobody should clog this thread with Nostradamus puns. especially not mean ones like 'Nostradumbass'; cause that's not what this thread is about. this thread is about thanking the op for correctly predicting poker future.
thank you, op. i don't know what i would be doing right now if it weren't for you.

Re: Black Friday, Caesar's, and state regulation
id say "very very very very soon" and 6 weeks are pretty damn close relatively speaking. You show me one post on all of two plus two closer than this in timeframe and accurateness and I fold to the Asian. I wasn't trying to make any predictions....just happened inadvertently.

so you admit you have the ability and you're withholding the truth.
it's people like you that sully the reputation of psychics to the point where some might consider my psychic license to be almost meaningless.

Re: Black Friday, Caesar's, and state regulation
You should take a statistics/probability course at a University and it should help you realize that you're not a prophet.
Most people that actually looked at how money was moving to the site and seeing it look like you were purchasing golf balls or whatever probably thought something drastic could happen. Including myself, I felt that was sketchy and illegal but everyone was sort of blind sighted by just wanting to play online poker.
Anyway that post wasn't worth linking, maybe a good conversation topic if you have any friends though.

Re: Black Friday, Caesar's, and state regulation
You didn't predict anything BF related, you simply stated two facts, that the Reid bill had called for sites to exit the US market (for a blackout period) or face permanent blacklisting, and that the state bills being considered at the time (NJ and California) included exclusionary/protectionist language.
