Cheers, rocketragz. Thanks for the post. I am just more curious than anything, as I didn't lose any money in this. Unfortunately some people did and I was hoping there would be some info on it so they can have an avenue to collect.

I find it especially troubling that there seems to have been seizures of player funds in the past by the feds with no way to make a claim for them and seemingly not publicly accounted for.

Cheers to you as well Nofx Fan as I understand. The impression I got from the guy is that he wasn't like a netteller or Ewallet sevice, but rather just a processor for the sites sending checks and wires which i assume, would leave the players the avenue of talking with the sites just as we had to do whenever FTP or Stars had payout issues pre BF. I say this because he acted like he dealt directly with the sites, even saying pre black friday, that he wouldn't touch stars or fulltilt because they were "hot". I guess he was right.
