Stars E-Check Issue- Anyone Else Ever Have This Happen

I go to make a deposit using echeck and instead of getting the "Approved" message, I get a popup saying there was a problem with the deposit and to please contact support.
So I contact them as requested and get this reply, several hours later:
Hello xxxxxx,
Thank you for your email.
I am very sorry for the delay in completing your transaction.
At the time you made your deposit request, our processor was experiencing
temporary connectivity problems. Your request is stuck in a pending state
with them. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel this transaction for you. Only
the processor can complete it.
Once the transaction is completed, your confirmation email will
automatically be emailed to you. At that time you'll be able to make another
deposit request if this pending deposit ends up being declined. If this
deposit is successful, the funds will be automatically credited to your
PokerStars account.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

How long did it take the funds to finally hit your stars account?
It's already been almost 5 hours.
