Hi guys,

This thread/subject is mostly for players living in Holland or actually know somwthing about online poker legislation in Holland.

So I recently moved to Holland in work. I will not work for Holland state, my company provides outsourcing services so I will be here for a short/medium period of time.
I pay taxes(not poker taxes, the regular taxes) to my country and I get paid from my company that is not based in Holland, so for all effects I don't exist in Holland.

I been already playing on Ongame network and I play medium/high stakes. I have already read some articles about the online poker legislation but I'm confused. From what I understood, online poker besides networks that have
rights to operate in Holland all of the others are illegal. I have to say that I was never blocked from my ISP from any site, and I don't really know if Ongame is blacklisted in Holland.

What I would like to know is how is the online poker legislation in Holland.

Do Dutch players need to pay taxes for their winnings?
How is this done? Is there some sort of verification or you just state a number for your winnings?
Do I need to pay taxes for my winnings even though I don't "exist" for Dutch government? If so how should I do it? How they control that I have been playing there?

Because, I already made a few withdraws to netteler, and one directly to the bank account from the poker site (not sure if any Ducth bank was used to transfer money to my bank account/neteller and I don't have Dutch bank account).

Thanks for your reply guys.

Cheers
