Who should I vote for today that gives me the best chances to get online poker legalized? I live in Westchester, NY and is there a particular person or party I should be voting for?

Go to this link and find the person who represents your District: http://www.congressionalpoker.org/Congress.html

If your rep is positively rated vote for them. If your rep is negatively rated vote for the opponent (or vote Libertarian if you have that option).

I don't think any of the politicians are for legalized poker although the Republicans are more likely to be against although in NY in the past State Sen Spano was for casino gambling while State Sen Padavan was very against, both Republicans. There is nothing happening in either direction in this state. Got to hope they don't get like WA, but there is no movement that way either. The good thing is that gambling law in NY only penalizes operators of gambling operations, not players.
