Congressmen on the financial services committee don't know the difference between casino gambling and poker. Hell, most of them think online poker is video poker. Shouldn't be surprising that journalists and presidential candidates don't know the difference.

And unless he makes a distinction soon, this could be really bad, because he'll be tempted to not support poker legislation in the future in order to avoid more flip flop accusations.
Online poker is not an issue anyone really cares about politicians flip flopping on. He can easily get around this by signing the bill as president and saying the bill provides protection/regulation designed to prevent compulsive gambling.
