Looking for information of taxes in: Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Chipre.

Hi guys!
Anyone knows if one these countries is tax free? I would like to move on the next year, and this are my elections.
Before to go there i would like to be sure that is legal not pay taxes or just pay a small percentage (10% aprox).

Croatia is probably tax free for a hobby player but if one signs up as a professional, it is probably taxed (don't know how much but likely income tax). Likely no limitations for playing.
