last-minute bill to regulate online poker / casino (along with DFS) is apparently fairly viable and has a route to passage.
That's per conversations with a bunch of stakeholders in Illinois. Situation is fluid and the bill remains a longshot, but imo there's enough life in it to warrant action if you're in Illinois.
