I got the email to! I just can't remember what bank account I gave them because I was suspicious. I guess I need to call them now!

got an email at 1:05am. i think i read on pocketfives or something that first wave was going to be sent out friday, which is also the last day of the month and the deadline they gave us recently. Will certainly let twoplustwo (and everyone else) know if i get it before then.

Ugh....I was designated an affiliate. I did not receive my new control/petition number so I called them and they said they sent it to me via my old email address and she told me my new info. I logged in and it does not show me my balance -- which is what I thought it was supposed to do. Rather it allows me to enter the balance. Did they change this to anyone's knowledge? Should I just enter my latest account balance or do I need to go through the process of determining whether I received any affiliate payments?

Did they say when checks would go out or can you pick it up in person if currently overseas? I had a non-disputed balance but am still waiting for them to update my banking info which was correct the first time I gave it to them. They said its only been 4 days and to be patient. Anyone know the last name of the Patrick guy or a supervisor so when I call I can speak to someone who actually knows some information?

E-mail received yesterday that my undisputed claim should be paid within seven business days.

Figured I might file a claim for the money if time permitted.

Got a postcard in the mail yesterday from:

Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration
c/o GCG
P.O. Box 9965
Dublin, Ohio 43017-5965

The text on the reverse side reads as follows:

This postcard is to inform you that the Claims Administrator has attempted to email you a Notice in connection with the Full Tilt Poker ("FTP") Claims Administration, but the email address we have on file does not appear to be valid.

In order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment, you must file a petition online at the administration website, www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com by November 16, 2013. To facilitate your filing, and to view your FTP Account Balance, please contact us to obtain login filing credentials. You may call us toll free at (866) 250-2640 or email us at Info@FullTiltPokerClaims.com.

Just figured I'd post, in part because the lack of e-mail made me think I was out of luck. Will keep folks updated.

When they say first round, is this just in reference to players without status complications i.e. affiliate/disputed balance/wrong banking info or are they sending it out alphabetically or such?

For some tagged as an affiliate, logging in with the new P&C#s would show the ending balance, less transactions that GCG figured were related to affiliate activity (i.e., transactions designated as "affliliate to player transfer" by FTP, which in many cases include rakeback payments). For others, logging shows to enter your balance, as in your case. This second situation occurs when the total of transactions tagged as related to affiliate activity exceeds your ending balance. You need to enter the amount you figure is what you are owed (ending balance minus any payments which are actually from affiliate activity) and provide documentation. See the Remissions Sticky in this forum for further info.

Here is what GCG said:
Quote:
As part of the normal bank account testing conducted prior to issuing ACH payments (as further described below), GCG has identified certain Petitioners who are approved for payment but who submitted account information that was either incomplete or incorrect. On February 21, 2014, GCG sent emails to all such Petitioners with instructions as to how to update their bank account information through the online filing site. Please note that if we do not receive updated, complete and accurate information by March 13, 2014, a check will be sent to the mailing address provided with the Petition. Petitioners contacted by GCG in connection with their bank account information will receive payment in the second round of payments. If any such Petitioners have questions about this process, please contact GCG.

All other Petitioners who have been approved for payment in the first round of distributions and whose bank account information has passed the preliminary testing process will be sent an email notice on Monday, February 24 or Tuesday, February 25 with the amount of their payment.

First round is just those with uncomplicated undisputed balances.

At this point, looks like further rounds will be, in order:
Those with undisputed balances who had banking info wrong and subsequently submitted a correction.
Those with disputed balances, but not tagged as affiliates.
Those tagged as affiliates.

But these are not confirmed.

Latest info now indicates that second wave will be in about 2-3 weeks. Once again, that is not officially confirmed.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with Patrick or his last name since he seems to be the one handling more important questions and details?

One of my horses told me when he filed his petition that he wasn't given a balance. That it was "blank" and he was instructed to fill in the amount and attach his audits proving his balance. He said he just spoke to them on the phone, they told him they received his petition back in the fall but that it was blank. That they could see his balance, but that his petition was empty.

Has anyone anything similar happened to anyone else?

This. Submitted correct info, never got a notice saying there were problems. Got not email on the 24th/25th. I called only to find out they "still needed" banking info. Anyway, emailed it in, and still missed the 1st round.
