Subject: Full Tilt Claims Administration Notice

TO: United States Full Tilt Poker Players Who Were Victims of Full Tilt Poker’s Fraud

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CONCERNING SETTLEMENTS WITH FULL TILT POKER (“FTP”) AND POKERSTARS. IT IS TIME-SENSITIVE AND MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IF YOU SATISFY THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO PAYMENT. YOU CAN ALSO VISIT WWW.FULLTILTPOKERCLAIMS.COM FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

I. Purpose of this Notice

The purpose of this Notice is to inform you that you may be entitled to receive a distribution from the assets forfeited by Full Tilt Poker (the “FTP Fund”), which resulted from the settlement agreement resolving the allegations in the amended civil forfeiture complaint in United States v. PokerStars, et al., 11 Civ. 2564 (LBS), pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Action”). You must complete the online Petition filing process in accordance with the steps in this Notice in order to be potentially eligible to share in the distribution from the FTP Fund. This Notice is being sent to all potentially eligible victims of FTP’s fraud who were identified as Affiliates by FTP. Affiliates may submit a Petition for Remission to recover the portion of their account balance that does not relate to their Affiliate status. If you were deemed to be an Affiliate, you will be able to submit a Petition for the portion of your account balance that relates to poker transactions, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. As explained in greater detail below, Petitions for Remission must be completed online through the administration website at www.FullTiltPokerClaims.com.

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT A PETITION FOR REMISSION IS MARCH 2, 2014. IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT A TIMELY AND COMPLETE PETITION FOR REMISSION, YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM RECEIVING A PAYMENT FROM THE FTP FUND. WHEN FILING ONLINE, YOU MUST USE THE NUMBERS BELOW IN ORDER TO BEGIN THE PETITION PROCESS:

Petition Number: 1020534

Not going to file because my balance is only $16.59, but was wondering why this was the first e-mail I ever received about this? Could it be because I was an affiliate? I signed up one person, who never made a deposit, LOL.

Although the deadline has passed, you can still file - just no guarantee of getting paid. See the Remissions Sticky for all the info you need to file a claim.

I purchased $2,000 FTP money from someone. Who would be filing the taxes for that amount?

He pays taxes on his realized gambling winnings. You pay taxes on the profit you make on the transaction.

Was never notified, though I use the same e-mail now as I did with my account. Just found this out last week by chance and filed a petition. Kind of BS that there is no guarantee of getting my money.

were all non-disputed player balances approved? I am guessing if they had your balance and you didnt dispute it then you should get paid out in the first wave

Yes, that seems to be the case (except if someone was tagged as an affiliate). All indications are that the first wave will pay all non-disputed player balances sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Notice to Petitioners Who Timely Confirmed Their FTP Account Balance

GCG is in the process of preparing payments for Petitioners who timely confirmed their FTP Account Balance. Beginning on February 13, such Petitioners may notice a zero-dollar transaction in their bank account statement that relates to the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration. Please be aware that this is a normal part of the bank testing process in preparation for payment of ACHs. However, not all banks post these notices during the testing process, so do not be concerned if you do not receive such a notice and believe you are eligible to receive payment in the upcoming initial distribution.

Updated: 2/13/14
Just updated.

I have a good bit that I am disputing for (About 20% of undisputed balance), which I've shown bank statements, the spreadsheet that FTP sent showing all transactions etc - but I also would like to be paid asap. It bothers me to know that I am not guaranteed this money will be even approved, and I also have literally no idea what the timeline is for when the disputed claims will be reviewed and paid.
Well Said, I am in exactly the same boat as you. Having no access to this money and no clear idea of when is making me consider selling some of my FTP account or selling a house below market value.

Just brutal for me personally how long this is taking.

ACH prenote credit DOJ POKER STARS POKERPAY01

Yyeeaahh buddy

I have capital one

I called GCG to confirm my claim was valid/confirmed and ready to go. However, they told me my banking information was incomplete. Even though I know for a fact I entered it on time and correctly when I filed the claim back in 2013. Anyone else have this issue? I got a confirmation email and everything and it seems they will still process it. I had to email them the banking information.

after seeing this I called them, and same thing they told me it was not completely filled out, I would imagine this has something to do with why theyre so far number of claims
