I. Purpose of this Notice

Although the deadline has passed, you can still file - just no guarantee of getting paid. See the Remissions Sticky for all the info you need to file a claim.

Yes, that seems to be the case (except if someone was tagged as an affiliate). All indications are that the first wave will pay all non-disputed player balances sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Well Said, I am in exactly the same boat as you. Having no access to this money and no clear idea of when is making me consider selling some of my FTP account or selling a house below market value.

I called GCG to confirm my claim was valid/confirmed and ready to go. However, they told me my banking information was incomplete. Even though I know for a fact I entered it on time and correctly when I filed the claim back in 2013. Anyone else have this issue? I got a confirmation email and everything and it seems they will still process it. I had to email them the banking information.
