i'm trying...was about to move up and had a real life crisis..had to take a lot of time off (9 months or so) and now i'm running like trash at 200/400nl. maybe it's affecting me too much or something.

I play 24-20 3b 9% overall and my main game is nl200 with a pretty heavy winrate. I have some friends who play like 20-17 3b 8% and they win with a pretty nice winrate.

The thing is your stats preflop aint that important the post flop play is way more important and a good adaptation on each tables, ect.

Btw back in the days the best winner on UB/AP Guigui87 (not sure if is the right number at the ends tho) was playing like 18-16 3b 8% with a sick winrate by using a lots is image preflop to bluff post flop ect. I guess now since the game are lots more dry i will be hard to be on the top of the food chain with thoses stats preflop but still a style just a little bit more loose can be in the best winnners.

I play tight live... I don't know the exacts but when I used to play online I was around 20/19.

If I had to guess I'd say I'm like 25/20 now maybe.

I don't crush anymore at all. Rarely have huge wins.

But, I'm a consistent winner.

you can't play as tight as profitably these days compared to a few years ago as people open smaller and with wider ranges (in general) meaning you have to defend more.

In my DB filtered for sample size 7 of the 8 tightest people lose, but tightness has always been associated with a lack of skill so it might not mean much.

Tight aggression has always been and I think will always be the winning strategy in Hold Em.

Loose aggressive players get all the attention, but, the tight agg players take home the actual money at the end of the year.

Nope, extreme tightness is usually because the player is afraid of playing postflop. Almost no one wins who is tighter then 21/18 in zoom, when you can bumhunt it won't matter nearly as much I guess.
